Valentine's Day

It's Valentine's Day this week and even though we don't always celebrate it, it can be a good excuse to have some great Aussie sparkling wine paired with some chocolate strawberries, just because!

Of course you can do other more traditional food pairings. An easy one is to pair stinky blue and soft cheeses with sweeter whites and sparkling (think Brie and Aussie sparkling). ⁠

Hard yellow cheeses pair better with the reds (think Enfant Terrible Cab Sav and aged cheddar). ⁠

Speaking of Cab Sav, our 2022 release is being bottled right now and should be on the Naked Wines virtual shelves by Easter. Exciting stuff!
